Non - flavored Coffee
Preparation and tips
Each processing step shortens the coffee’s lifetime; whereas raw coffee can be stored for years, roasted coffee will lose its aroma in two weeks (if stored improperly), and ground coffee within a few days. So coffee should be ground shortly before consumption.
For French Press: coarsest size of grind. Use 1 tsp/cup, pour the boiling water, stir, wait for 1 min, stir again, close the pot, wait for another 3 min., then press the sieve and serve.
For stove espresso machine: medium size of grind. Use 1 tsp/cup and press it well into the sieve.
For authomatic espresso machine: very fine grind, but always follow the manufacturer instructions
For hand brewing: medium or small size. Use 1 tsp/cup and boil it with water.
Coffee should be prepared for immediate consumption and drunk within 30min.
